The Index (Index Retreats LLC) is a business that operates dually as a hotel/lodging facility and a members-only accessible venue. We offer our guests premium resort-quality stays while maintaining community events for our membership. To learn more about our operations and offerings, click here.

The Index offers private overnight, short term lodging for any guest over 18 years of age throughout the year. Folks may host their own ceremonies and small parties with prior approval (subject to additional fees and negotiations). Members have access to our privately hosted event, gatherings, and educational opportunities. For more information about our membership options, click here.

We are conveniently located equidistant from the Orlando and Tampa International airports in Winter Haven, FL, offering a centralized location to enjoy major Florida tourist attractions during your stay. The address for The Index is provided to our verified guests and members.

In order to maintain a discreet and comfortable environment for our adult guests, anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted on the premises in any way, shape, or form. Please read our Terms of Service for more information.

Our nightly rate for overnight lodging rentals start at $250 a night (for non-members) for use of the entire venue with an allotment of a single room of the guests' choice. Additional guests of a party open up additional rooms for $50 extra per room. Please book your stay through one of our hosting sites.
